Gliding strokes affect the nervous system for a deeper feeling of relaxation and Euphoria.

Deep focused pressure on knots or a group of muscles can help decrease severe pain, Increase flexibility and Range of Motion, Improve neck/back flexibility and more......

Sports Massage

Hot Stone Massage

Basalt river stones are the most commonly used because they retain the most heat when we massage the body. The heat helps to warm the tissues to allow for a deeper massage and a deeper relaxation. The cardiovascular and lymphatic fluids move best when the body is warm.
